Today we reflect on the events of September 11th, 2001 — the deadliest terrorist attack in history. Nearly three thousand innocent human beings were killed that day, including those who perished while carried in their mother’s womb.
This touching tribute to the value of every human life provides hope that someday we will once again realize that killing our young through abortion is just as tragic as any other way of ending their lives.

“What separates us from the animals, what separates us from the chaos, is our ability to mourn people we’ve never met.”
I agree. My biological twin children were born on Sept 11. My oldest is 18 (stepdaughter) and my biological two are almost 3 now (they were born on Sept 11, 2016). I started discussing the attacks with my oldest in 2016 before I gave birth on Sept 11. This year on Sept 11 I will take the twins to the memorial for the first time so they can pay their respect.
So sad… Our thoughts and prayers are sent to God to comfort and strengthen them in the loss of their loved ones, both the born ones and those hidden in the womb at the time….
