This culinary art provides a glimpse of life in the womb. This precious watermelon baby floats in her ‘amniotic’ fluid as she safely awaits her birthday. This chef obviously holds a respect for prenatal human life as this baby looks like a human being. Imagine what we’d see if the chef held the belief that we were just clumps of cells prior to our birth.
We live in a world where some people deny the humanity of their own offspring in order to legally kill them. Coexisting in this world are people who refuse to lie to themselves, but also refuse to speak the truth to others. This has led to the reality we currently live in. This reality involves reaching into the the womb and cutting our babies into pieces, crushing their fragile skulls, and twisting their little bodies into a pulp.
Each of us exist in short windows of time. Our actions and our inaction define us not only within those windows, but long after we are gone.
