Even though I’m a lot older, now, and lost one of my twins to a heart defect about 3 years ago, I wouldn’t have had it any other way. The doctor told us that he had the defect since birth. One doc tried to tell me it was because I was so young when I had them. I told him that there was no way I was going to listen to what he was about to say next.

I had a miscarriage in 2017 and I actually took a picture of the tiny fetus. I was only 8 weeks in and could see his little face and body forming. I just saw the picture after 3 years and looked up fetal images at 8 weeks and somehow stumbled upon this tragic video. It’s the most disturbing thing I’ve ever witnessed in my life and leaves me sobbing uncontrollably that my son will be an only child and that humanity is so sick and cruel. I had an abortion at age 19 and though it wasn’t this far along, it was 8 weeks and I pray over and over for God to forgive me as I truly did not know. How did they start the process? I am new to this topic so I’ll do my research after posting this but this video looks like a pre-me birth where they decided there was nothing they could do if the baby was sick, contractions started way too early, or it was harming the mother.
