Bob and Sara have a one night stand and go their separate ways.
Sara ends up pregnant and nine months later their child is born.
She tracks down Bob and sues for child support.
Bob tells the judge that he didn’t consent to being a parent and therefore shouldn’t owe child support, he only consented to sex.
Anyone think the judge should accept Bob’s claim and deny Sara child support?
