It is not selfless for a mother to carry a pregnancy that will kill her. In reality, that is actually incredibly selfish. She is not thinking about the fetus/future infant, or how this kid is going to spend their entire life being blamed, and blaming themselves for their mother’s death. This selfish mother only cares about herself.

If a mother saw her toddler playing in the road and in the process of saving his life she were killed by the vehicle that would have hit him, is she selfless or selfish? Should she have just stood by and watched her son die so that he wouldn’t have to live the rest of his life blaming himself for her death?

I know you are trying really hard to defend the abortion of innocent little boys and girls. But what you have yet to realize is that abortion is indefensible. It’s like trying to defend genocide or slavery. It simply can’t be done.
