I’m always confused when supporters of abortion call me “anti-choice” and expect me to be insulted.
Of course I am anti-choice when the choice is killing an unborn baby. Let us be clear: I am 100% in favor of depriving women of that choice.
I also 100% support depriving people of the choice to rape, torture or enslave another person, yet somehow I don’t think you would scream your little “anti-choice” slogan at me for those positions.
In order for the terms “pro” and “anti” choice to have any meaning, you have to be willing to consider what the choice in question consists of. It’s a pity so few “pro-choicers” have the courage to do that when it comes to abortion.
