My mother was 17 when she became unexpectedly pregnant with me. Like you have with your child, she protected me, thanks in large part to the fact that America was still a pro-life nation where abortion was illegal. Tragically, she aborted my little sister shortly after the Supreme Court decided that preborn Americans weren’t people worthy of the protection of the law. She regrets her decision and has lived with the guilt of having killed her own daughter each and every day of her life since that day and will have to bear this painful reality for the remainder of her life. Abortion kills one and forever wounds another.

I am 18. My baby is 6 weeks and 6 days today. And though we are both very young, I love this little baby very much. There is not a stamp on life of when your baby becomes \'a person\'. It is my job to protect this life that was given to me and I shall do that.

A plea to win the hearts of those who choose to dehumanize our development and undermine our right to live.
