If I didn’t believe, in fact – KNOW, that we are literally poisoning and ripping our living sons and daughters to pieces, I wouldn’t invest the amount of time and effort I do into bringing this tragedy to an end. My stomach turns whenever I think about an abortionist reaching into a mother’s womb to grasp her child with forceps and then pull and twist – and I mean hard – in order to disarticulate their limbs from their torsos so that their carcasses will fit through her cervix. I am ashamed to have been born into this world and I will fight until my death to prevent future generations from having to bear this same guilt.
Many in the pro-life movement have adopted the ‘hug and coddle’ approach to abortion. They want to provide blanket forgiveness to those who have killed their children, even when they continue to actively fight for others to kill theirs. This is the approach that led to the legalized slaughter of the unborn and has allowed it to flourish for the last four decades. When we begin to speak the unvarnished truth about abortion and forcefully confront those who hold no remorse for having killed their children, we will begin to see the culture shift.
