Abortion access is completely necessary for ectopic pregnancies and other life/health threatening issues. So for those reasons having at least one clinic that performs abortion within a state is necessary to uphold life.
Saving a mother who is facing an ectopic pregnancy IS NOT AN ABORTION. It is a life saving medical procedure where her WANTED CHILD is TRAGICALLY LOST. Hospitals will ensure that a mother facing an ectopic pregnancy is properly cared for. There is NO REASON WHATSOEVER for a facility designed TO INTENTIONALLY KILL healthy living human beings to EVER exist.
