You couldn’t be more wrong. You are a beautiful gift to our world. You have and will continue to impact your world in ways you will never understand. Each of us holds equal value to all others. This means that you are just as valuable as presidents, congresswomen, captains of industry, and heart surgeons. You see, our value is not determined by our chosen profession, our education, our race, our financial position, the number of friends we have, whether we are born or unborn, and not even by our level of ‘wantedness’. Our value is determined by our humanity. And you are one of us, a human being. And you are full of potential.

You are not worthless. Even if you’ve been called that your entire life. No one has the right to make you feel worthless, not even you. In fact, you just demonstrated your worth by impacting thousands of lives simply by sending me your thoughts.
