I know it’s murder, born-yesterday anon, I took biology class. I know that a fetus has a life and abortion terminates that life. The only difference between me and you is that that doesn’t bother me. I couldn’t care less what an unborn baby thinks of me if that meant I would have to remain pregnant against my will. Your personal feelings shouldn’t influence your political beliefs and it’s as simple as that.

This is why the act of slaughtering the unborn members of our human family will forever prevent us from achieving a world of peace founded on the value and equality of all human life. When we are taught that it’s acceptable to kill even our own sons and daughters, there is no reason to value the lives of perfect strangers.

I have rarely read a group of words strung together to form a thought more inaccurate than this one. To state that one’s personal feelings shouldn’t influence their political beliefs is like saying that one’s preference for Chinese food shouldn’t influence their dining choices. Politics is nothing more than a group of people connected by a common ideology working to convince others that their ideas are the right ones to live by. Ideas are personal feelings/beliefs. If I believe that killing a child while awaiting their birth is wrong, I am absolutely NOT going to support a political party that endorses their slaughter. And it’s as simple as that.
Abortion isn\'t okay. It takes the life of an innocent person.
