Governor Rick Scott of Florida has signed a bill into law virtually banning late-term abortions! The new law bans abortion in any case where the baby might be able of surviving outside of the womb, which is younger and younger with new technologies (currently, a baby is capable of surviving at less than 24 weeks). There is one exception for cases where the life of the mother is in danger.
