Making abortion illegal won’t stop them from occurring. It’ll only push women to desperate and unsafe measures. The movement is called “pro-choice” for a reason. I am not “pro-abortion.” I think anyone who’s faced with that choice takes it very seriously and knows that it’s a difficult decision to make. We don’t need to make that choice any harder for them.

Making rape and child abuse illegal hasn’t stopped them from occurring either, are you suggesting that we should legalize rape and child abuse?

Why, exactly, should aborting a ‘clump of cells’ be a serious and difficult decision to make? Why do you think pregnant mothers struggle with removing the equivalent of a ‘tumor?. I’ll tell you why – deep down, where the nagging truth lies, they know they are killing their living son or daughter. They, like you, rationalize the killing of unborn children out of fear of change. They hold this fear because people like you tell them that killing is more convenient than adapting. Our goal should focus on removing the crisis from the pregnancy, not the child.
