They are absolutely right, some mothers will still kill their unborn children even after they are protected under the law as persons. In fact, some mothers still kill their born children even though it is illegal to do so. People still rape each other even though it is illegal. Same with assault. Same with child abuse. Just because evil will continue to happen if outlawed doesn’t mean we shouldn’t do everything possible to confront it.

Because I am fully aware that outlawing abortion will not completely stop the killing, I am working to change people’s hearts. Change is hard, especially when it results in an increased level of responsibility. But this change is absolutely necessary if we are to ever truly value the dignity of all human life.

First of all, I want to tell you how much I appreciate your blog and your willingness to fight for the pro-life movement. (Y) However, as much as I hope to see a day where abortion is outlawed, it seems that many people are quick to say, that upon such a day, there will still be abortions as women turn to other devices (themselves) and illegal operations to perform the task instead, bringing far more harm to those women in need of that -service-. How would you combat that and similar comments?
