I absolutely would keep the mother of my child on life support if it meant keeping our child alive. The Munoz case has shaken my faith in humanity once again. It literally churns my stomach to know that a father would let his living child suffocate within his or her mother’s womb while her body is allowed to cease functioning. It flies in the face of reason to let your child die so needlessly. The mother was brain dead and was not suffering in any way. Why would you throw away your child’s life so easily, a child who’s life was the last representation of your union together? It’s sad, sick, depraved, and utterly disgusting. Some people have lost the meaning of family. You protect your family first, you don’t kill them. An unborn child is just as much a part of your family as they are after their birth.
