Yes, I would. When abortion becomes illegal, killing prenatal children will be murder. Murder is punishable by death. Rape is not. Remember, the child did not ask to be conceived, but once created, he or she is just as valuable as you and I were while awaiting our birth. The manner of our conception does not determine our humanity.
Rape is wrong for the same reason abortion is wrong: both are a violent assault against another person’s body. A child should not be condemned to death because of the crimes of their father. The child is just as innocent as his or her mother.
Rape is violence. Abortion is paid violence. Both leave behind harmed and abandoned victims.
