Since my reply to this person for some reason is not showing up in my account activity for a post I made, it just shows up for the person I replied to, I’m going to post this so people can see my reply to a pro-abortionist as I shoot down each of their positions one by one. Enjoy :)

Every woman has the right to decide what they do with their body. They however should not be allowed to terminate their unborn child because that child is not THEIR body. It belongs to the child.

Not according to 76% of the states in the United Sates who have Fetal Homicide Laws, with 23 that apply to the earliest stage of pregnancies.
And not according to the Alabama Supreme Court ruled that ruled in a case this year “unborn children are persons with rights that should be protected by law.”
And not according to the other laws on the books here in the US and around the world.
Rights are not given or granted, because all of us, gay or straight, male or female, white or black, born or unborn, are entitled to rights, including the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
And on the links, the proof, I send you if you would actually drop your bias and ignorance you would learn the truth. It’s obvious from your rhetoric though you are ignorant so remain ignorant if you want by I won’t let you deceive people with your ignorance.

Fetal protections laws are unconstitutional? Not according to the Declaration of Independence, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” These laws protect the life and liberty of the unborn, who have rights like everybody else, so in no way are they unconstitutional. Overturned? Don’t get ahead of yourself.
And the unborn have non-existent rights based on what stage of life they are in? Your rhetoric is the same as those of the infamous Rober B. Taney, relating to the Dred Scott case, who claimed an African American had no rights based on the color of his/her skin, who said, “they [African Americans, and in your case the unborn] have no rights which the white man is bound to respect.”
It is also similar to the rhetoric from other judges who said “that a black (in your case the unborn)…was not entitled to the rights of a federal citizen and therefore had no standing in court.”
You don’t see the similarities? You should. You should see that your views violate the very nature of human dignity and human rights, that everyone, no matter what stage of life they are in, have the right to live.

It’s BS? Okay, turn to ignorant statements like that to try and win a debate, because it only shows how ignorant you are. You obviously aren’t as familiar with the case as you think. Read this from the link I sent you, “Beltran admitted a past struggle with the painkiller Percocet. But that was all behind her, Beltran said: She had been taking Suboxone, a drug used to treat Percocet dependency. Lacking health insurance and unable to afford the medication, Beltran had used an acquaintance’s prescription and self-administered the drug in decreasing doses. She had taken her last dose a few days before her prenatal visit.”
This woman willingly put her unborn child in danger by taking Suboxone without the permission of a certified physician or a doctor using a prescription that was meant for another individual. It’s ridiculous to protect the rights of the unborn? What’s ridiculous is you stating that depending on the life stage a human being has no rights, which is your argument by saying the unborn have no rights. This woman willingly put her unborn child at risk and deserves to face criminal charges for putting the unborn baby in danger:

And people like me? Stop trying to turn this into a pissing match and get some facts rather than giving me your ignorant comments based on nothingness.

If you get in a car intoxicated and crash your car, you have to live with that. If you overdose on drugs and get in a coma, you have to live with that. If you have sex and that results in a pregnancy, you have to live with that. Birth control fails? Tough, a person has to live with their decision and the consequences of that decision. A child’s life is not determined by how you feel about that.

My statement does not ignore women, your statements ignore women. You ignore all the unborn women who have been terminated as a result of abortion. Also, I want the rapist to be punished, I want them to pay for the terrible crime against humanity they have committed, I don’t want the child to die for the father’s crime.
On birth control, campuses nurses give out birth control, Planned Parenthood give out birth control, county health clinics give out birth control. They all give out birth control for FREE. And you say women don’t have access to birth control?
And if people don’t want FREE birth control, individuals can purchase birth control for costs around 15$ to 50$ dollars a month. So women do have access to birth control.

Yes, you have a right to have consensual sex, and you have the right to take precautions as not to get pregnant. However, you do not have the right to terminate an unborn child because you don’t want it. You made the decision to bring that child into being without their consent, so you have to live with that. No born person can do that because it’s biologically impossible. Again, where are the facts? Enough with the ignorance and foolish statements please.

No one should have the right however to terminate the unborn.
