Also, I wanna mention, the fact that she was always telling me that ‘I didn’t kill you when I had a chance’ is what really got stuck in my head, all my life. More than all the beatings and crazy yelling. It was that one phrase… It’s what made me be pro-life. Aborting children is literally legal murder and she was seriously feeling sorry that she had not taken advantage of this amazing ‘chance’ when she could. How sick is it that we live in this kind of world?

I can’t imagine how hurtful those words must have been, and must still be. You are absolutely right — abortion is the legalized killing of a targeting group of human beings. It’s a chance to run from responsibility and it results in the death of millions of prenatal children. It simply is the most heart wrenching thing imaginable.
Watching a mother carry her child into an abortion facility and then watching her leave, alone, is painful and disturbing. And legal. LEGAL. She gets to continue her life while her now dead son or daughter floats in a jar of formaldehyde.
I am so glad you did not meet this fate. Your father was a good man and I hope he is still there for you. And I want you to know that you are loved and wanted by millions of people who value every member of our human family, whether born or not.
You were infinitely valuable while living within your mother’s womb, and you are just as valuable today.
