First, I must assume you are a child who has yet to leave the nest. For if you had, you would know that there is life after childhood. Childhood only represents about one fifth of our lives. To champion the killing of unborn children because they might not get adopted and they might not have a good foster care experience and they might be ‘tossed out’ unprepared and they might not feel a sense of belonging and they might be made fun of is a sad commentary on your outlook on life.
We cannot predict the future. Pessimism is no reason to kill anyone. And who are you to decide what life someone deserves? Life is what we make of it. Maybe if people like you would stop believing that there are good reasons to kill the unborn members of our human family, life wouldn’t be so hard. Maybe if all of us embraced a culture of life where every individual is valued and protected beginning at conception, the unfortunate things you are so afraid of would fade away.
