I believe there is a God. And I believe that He sees your heart, which is full of compassion for all human beings. Keep defending humanity’s right to life, for we need voices like yours, whether you are of a creed or otherwise. I believe in this cause, and I believe in you.

Although I am not religious, I appreciate your sentiment. Abortion is not a religious issue, it is a human rights issue. All of us have a responsibility to defend the small and the weak from their oppressors, even when they happen to be their own parents.
The greatest failing of our collective human society, across all races and nationalities, is simple selfishness. Selfishness is what drives the killing of the prenatal members of our human family. The thought of killing my own child just because he or she might hold me back is gut wrenching and nauseating. Abortion flies in the face of everything it means to be humane and destroys the concepts of compassion and empathy.
If we cannot even protect the least of us, how will we ever learn to love the rest of us?
