A fetus cannot think, feel, nor is aware for the most part (if any) of pregnancy. A fetus doesn’t feel pain, a fetus doesn’t have feelings. It doesn’t care about birthdays. It doesn’t care about life. It doesn’t care about death. A fetus is neutral.
Replace ‘fetus’ with ‘comatose patient’ and reread your statement. Does that mean they have no right to live?
People passing through their fetal stage of life do feel pain. Look at this premature little boy and tell me you could rip his limbs off and he wouldn’t even wince. Had he not been born premature, he would have remained in his mother’s womb for over three more months and would have been legal to kill under U.S. law [Doe v. Bolton, 1973].
See what a failed abortion did to this person, one of your fellow human beings. And see what abortion did to this person, another one of your fellow human beings. Whether we live within the womb or within the Earth’s atmosphere, we are still human beings and are worthy of life, no matter how much we may or may not be wanted by others.
