Does killing babies by ripping them out of their mother’s womb take courage? Is it courageous because someone might kill you for killing thousands of defenseless children? Is risking your own life to do something hideously evil really courageous?
Consider a child molester; does he have courage? If the parents catch him molesting their child, they might just kill him, as one Texas father did. Consider a rapist; does he have courage? A rapist endangers his own life to rape someone since his victim or even a bystander may kill him. Is that courage? How about a mugger who assails people in a dark alley; does he have courage? Isn’t he risking his life? It’s clear that risking your life to harm others isn’t heroic.
Butchering a defenseless child living in the blinding darkness of their mother’s womb doesn’t make you a hero any more than molesting a child does.
