Hey, quit lying to people. You absolutely can NOT abort a baby up until they are born. That would be absolutely asinine to have a woman who is in labor ask for an abortion. Besides, it would be very difficult to FIND a doctor willing to perform a late term abortion, let alone be able to pay for one. And if fetuses are “human beings”, then why don’t they count as legal US citizens? We cannot legally give them rights unless they are citizens of the US.

You can legally abort a prenatal child until the moment of birth in the United States of America. Research the United States Supreme Court decisions of Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton, both decided in 1973. Can you find an abortionist to do this? Yes. From late-term abortionist Warren Hern’s website…
‘Psychiatric indication’ can include ’emotional distress’ as defined by Doe v. Bolton, and doctors must give preference to the pregnant woman, not her child.
Emotional distress can simply mean that the mother is stressed at the thought of childbirth and now wants to back out. The imagination is the limit on ‘emotional distress’ and opens the door for a late-term abortion for any woman at any time.
Prenatal children are not counted as citizens — yet. That is the point of the pro-life movement. We are working to make this a reality. A child in the womb is just as real and just as human as you and I. After all, we once lived in the womb and look at us now.
