I feel like a lot of people argue over the whole “a fetus is a baby” thing. I am strongly pro-choice and I totally understand that at any age, it’s a baby, not just a fetus. I also don’t argue with the idea that it is murder. Pro-lifers assume that it’s always about the perception of life, but it’s not. The reason I am pro-choice is simply because it doesn’t go against my morals. I wish pro-lifers would accept that some people’s morals just aren’t the same as theirs.
How refreshing. A pro-choice advocate that admits that the two key tenets of the pro-life position are valid:
- That a human being is a person regardless of age or stage of development.
- That killing an innocent person is murder.
And yet you still fully support abortion because it doesn’t offend your morals.
This is why we must shift our culture from one that embraces the killing of prenatal children as a means to an end to one that respects the dignity of all human life.
How much longer before being born isn’t enough?
