What about the people who get pregnant at 16, drop out, become a burden to society, and then raise a child to fall into the same trap. Wouldn’t it be better to prevent another life being brought up below the line of where every family should be at? Do not just reply that not all of the kids born in this situation would flourish and break this cycle of poverty – so many are unfortunate and do not. No life is worth being considered worthless, but why don’t you focus on avoiding the problem?

You are arguing for mothers to kill their prenatal sons and daughters because the female child may later get pregnant before a socially acceptable age or status and ‘burden’ our society. It’s thinking like this that shows how the slippery slope of tolerating large-scale human atrocities like abortion can lead to perverted reasoning to justify killing even more members of our human family.

The taste of blood creates an insatiable thirst.
